Keep in mind that the final exam is cumulative and that
you should study the contents of all three practice exams.

There will be two midterm exams (two hours each) and a cumulative final exam (three hours). All three exams will be sit-down exams with no calculators, computers, notes, or books permitted.

The midterms will be held on the following dates: Thursday, January 30 and Thursday, February 20 at 4-6pm in Carpenter 013.

The final exam is set by the Registrar and will be held during the finals period on Tuesday, March 11 at 3-6pm in Kemeny 007. It is important that you do not make plans during this time or plan to leave town prior to this date.

If you are unable to make an exam, it is your responsibility to notify your instructor as soon as you know, but at least one week before the exam and arrange a make-up time.

There will be short quizzes (15-20 minutes) at the beginning of class on most Fridays. There will be approximately 5-7 quizzes in total. Calculators and notes are not permitted.

If you know you will not be in class on a day that a quiz will be given, it is your responsibility to notify your instructor before the day of the quiz to arrange a time to take the quiz.

We will be dropping two quizzes.
