Paper

Main Document: This document gives a detailed outline for how your paper should be organized. In short, your paper should include six sections, a bibliography, and an appendix (if needed). The sections of the paper include an introduction, description of the models, model analysis, methods, results, and discussion.

Group Assignments: Here you will find your group's assigned pair of experiments. (This includes Archer's section only. For Wallace's section, Professor Wallace will assign yours in class or by email.) For example, if your group has the assignment "+N, -P, pH 5.6", this means that you should take a look at the data for the two experiments done in the Van Auken and Bush paper on P. plicatulum and S. scoparium which have added nitrogen, no added phosphorus, and a lowered pH level of 5.6. This is the data you will use in Section 4.1 of your paper to find the parameters of the model.

Papers:
Van Auken and Bush paper: This is the paper that your data on the plants' growth comes from. In the main document, you can find a numerical version of the data presented in this paper.
Wallace paper: This paper includes information on growth rates (with respect to height and crown area) of these types of grasses.
