31-May-1999 The final exam will be held in 107 Steele, on Friday, June 4, from 9:00-11:00. The final project, should you choose to do that, is due by the end of the final exam. I want all of the source code; I should be able to compile and run any appropriate code on my own machine(s). Otherwise, see you at the final.
03-May-1999 (updated) The midterm will be this week, on Thursday, May 6, 7:00-9:00 in 105 Bradley.
The midterm will cover setting up a linear programming problem from a problem statement, solving by means of the graphical method, solving by the simplex method, solving by the revised simplex method, and the upper bound method. Those of you feeling like showing off will have the opportunity to do so on a two-phase method problem.
29-Apr-1999 I will not be going to the conference in British Columbia, as I had planned. Class will be held as usual next week.

28-Apr-1999 The final exam has been scheduled for Friday, June 4, 9:00-11:00. See me if you have any conflicts.
